I helped with existing conditions analysis, outreach materials, visioning, and drafting of a Specific Plan for Santa Rosa’s Roseland area. The plan is focused on improving connectivity and enhancing the physical environment within a half-mile area around the Southside Bus Transfer Center. Michael Baker worked with City staff, a Steering Committee, and the Technical Advisory Committee to develop a Specific Plan grounded in technical studies and an equitable community engagement strategy that gathered input from community members about land use, transportation, urban design, and infrastructure priorities in the plan area.
