Development Studio | Fall 2012 | Group Project
The East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) asked us to respond to an RFP from the City of Emeryville for a mixed-use affordable family project at 3706 San Pablo Ave. Our team developed a full report including a market study of the surrounding neighborhoods, an architectural site plan, and pro forma financial analysis for the project.
