​Managed a specific plan for the Central Southeast neighborhood of Fresno, a 2,220 acre area just southeast of Downtown. The Specific Plan is an implementation-focused document that addresses a wide range of topics that impact the quality of life in the community including affordable housing, jobs and economic development, transportation, parks and open space, and a healthy environment. Outreach activities included developing an engagement toolkit to enable local community groups to lead conversations with residents, businesses, and traditionally underrepresented populations.
